For this reason, I created a 12-week program so that integration is slow and maintainable. I hear many of my clients who have not been successful with coaching before, doing 1 session here and there, it's really hard to make traction. 12-weeks is a great amount of time to sustain long-lasting change with habits that become naturally part of your life.
